Philanthropy is a core part of Ajit’s long-term outlook and sense of responsibility. Alongside his work in business, music, and technology, he strongly believes in creating access to opportunity for young people who may not otherwise have the support, guidance, or resources needed to pursue their ambitions. This commitment is evident in his involvement with The Forward Foundation, a charity dedicated to providing support for underprivileged children with aspirations in business, music, and technology. The foundation operates on a simple yet powerful belief: talent and ambition are widely distributed, but opportunity is not.  

The Forward Foundation focuses on early encouragement, practical guidance, and real-world exposure. Rather than offering short-term assistance, the charity aims to build confidence, skills, and long-term thinking in young people at formative stages of their lives. This includes mentorship, education, and access to environments where ambition is nurtured and taken seriously.  

In addition to guidance and mentorship, The Forward Foundation collaborates with a network of partners to help fund and support early-stage ideas and small ventures created by the young people it supports. Where appropriate, this includes seed funding, resources, and introductions that allow promising ideas to move from concept into reality. The focus is on responsible support, accountability, and learning through action.  

By combining mentorship with financial backing through trusted partners, The Forward Foundation helps young people gain first-hand experience in building, creating, and problem-solving. This approach allows them to develop practical skills while understanding the realities of entrepreneurship, creativity, and technology-led innovation.
